Under normal business circumstances, Startupindiawala.in will ensure delivery of all services within the stipulated time period as stated through our portal or our Centre or service provider.

You may not frame or enclose by framing techniques any trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout or form) of the Company and/or its affiliates without the prior written consent of the Company. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing the Company’s name or trademarks without the prior written consent of the Company.

Startupindiawala.in publishes prices for all services offered through its Marketplace Platform. However, at any time, Startupindiawala.in reserves the right to change the prices of these services. Startupindiawala.in shall not be liable for any additional charges paid to the Facility Centre/Service Provider for availing Startupindiawala.in’s services.

Startupindiawala.in reserves the right to offer special discounts on its services to customers from time to time.

Startupindiawala.in always expects to maintain cordial business relationship with its Facility Centre and customers. However, if the facility centre or the customer is found to be behaving in an extremely inappropriate or rude manner with Startupindiawala.in’s employees or its experts, Startupindiawala.in reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order or terminate the contract with the facility centre. In the event of cancellation or termination, the customer/facility centre will forfeit any payment made to Startupindiawala.in.

Startupindiawala.in owns the copyright of all images used throughout the operation of the website (www.startupindiawala.in). Unauthorized use of any image or use of any image without prior written consent will attract penal liability and legal action. Startupindiawala.in will be free to claim monetary damages against such use of images.

In situations where the service is required to be provided before a deadline (e.g., filing taxes), customers are expected to cooperate with Startupindiawala.in so that we can provide the services on time. In the event of any delay in order fulfillment, Startupindiawala.in will not bear the cost of any interest or penalty that may be levied on the Customer by other parties.

Startupindiawala.in is governed by the laws of India. Startupindiawala.in will conduct its business in good faith with utmost transparency. Startupindiawala.in reserves the right to reject any order that it deems not fulfillable within the legal and regulatory framework of the country.

Startupindiawala.in reserves the right to retain all the details of the Customer including but not limited to GSTIN username, GSTIN password, ITR ID, ITR password, details mentioned while filing returns on behalf of the Customer, account details, digital signature and transaction details of the Customer. The details will be handed over to the Customer only and only after all dues have been paid and clearance costs have been paid.

All wallet balances held under the Franchise/Service Agreement with each startupindiawala.in Centre must be utilized within one year of deposit, otherwise it will be invoiced as Franchise Fees to Startupindiawala.in.

Invoices shall remain valid for one year from their creation date. If the applicant does not receive the services as per the invoice within this period, the fee paid shall be forfeited.

An invoice once issued for services shall not be cancelled.

All disputes shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
